(hereinafter "Denovexis"), with legal domicile at Av. del Libertador 6250, Floor 8, C1428ARS, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our real estate crowdlending platform. By accessing or using our services, you accept the practices described in this document, in accordance with Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and its complementary regulations.

We collect the following types of information: personal identification data (name, surname, identity document), contact data (email address, phone number, address), financial data necessary for crowdlending operations (banking information, investment history on the platform), browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent), and data voluntarily provided through contact forms or direct communications.
4. Purpose of data processing
We use your personal data to: manage your registration and account on the platform, process and manage your participations in crowdlending projects, comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations (including CNV and UIF provisions), communicate relevant information about your investments and platform updates, improve our services and user experience, and respond to your inquiries and requests.
5. Legal basis for processing
The processing of your data is based on: your express consent when registering on the platform, the execution of the service contract between you and Denovexis, compliance with legal obligations (Law 25,326, CNV regulations, UIF provisions on anti-money laundering), and our legitimate interest in improving the services offered.
6. Data sharing
We may share your personal data with: regulatory bodies and competent authorities when required by current legislation, service providers acting on our behalf (payment processors, identity verification services), and entities linked to the development of real estate projects in which you participate. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
7. Data retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described and comply with applicable legal obligations. Data related to financial operations is retained for a minimum of ten (10) years in accordance with current regulations. Once the retention period has expired, data will be deleted or anonymized.

In accordance with Law 25,326, you have the right to: access your personal data in our database, request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data, require the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary, and oppose the processing of your data in certain circumstances. The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), as the oversight body of Law 25,326, has the authority to address complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected.

These measures include data encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, continuous monitoring of our systems, and periodic security audits.
